Hakuho beats Aminishiki at New Year sumo

TOKYO, Japan - Mongolian ozeki Hakuho, who missed the Kyushu basho in November with a broken toe, marks his return to the raised ring in style by squashing second-ranked Aminishiki on the opening day of the New Year Grand Sumo Tournament at Ryogoku Kokugikan in Tokyo on Jan. 7.
