Africa, donors end 3-day int'l confab on African development
YOKOHAMA, Japan - Japan's Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda (R) speaks at a joint press conference May 30 after African leaders and their development partners concluded the three-day Tokyo International Conference on African Development in Yokohama.
