Nakagawa quits over behavior at G-7
TOKYO, Japan - Japanese Finance Minister Shoichi Nakagawa (R) takes a look at a photocopy of a newspaper article on Feb. 17 about his resignation that was printed immediately after he announced the same day that he would step down from his post. Nakagawa told Prime Minister Taro Aso later in the day of his intention to quit, taking the blame for his unusual behavior at a weekend Group of Seven press conference in Rome. (Kyodo)
