Nakagawa quits over behavior at G-7

TOKYO, Japan - Japanese Finance Minister Shoichi Nakagawa (R) takes a look at a photocopy of a newspaper article on Feb. 17 about his resignation that was printed immediately after he announced the same day that he would step down from his post.
