Nakagawa quits over behavior at G-7, dealing fresh blow to Aso
TOKYO, Japan - Finance Minister Shoichi Nakagawa attempts to hear a question from a reporter during a press conference at the Finance Ministry on Feb. 17. Nakagawa announced his resignation following criticism of his behavior at a weekend press conference after the Group of Seven meeting in Rome at which he appeared to be drunk. (Kyodo)
