Man in news: Researcher cultures catfish tasting like eels when grilled
Associate professor Masahiko Ariji of Kinki University shows a cooked catfish tasting like a grilled eel at the university in Nara, western Japan, on Sept. 2, 2015. Ariji has successfully cultured catfish with the taste of eels as a possible substitute for the Japanese variety of fish threatened with extinction. (Kyodo)
