Wartime poet's niece shows collection of his poems
Nobuyo Shoji, niece of poet Kozo Takeuchi known for poems depicting his wartime inner conflicts, holds a collection of his works at her home in Tsu, Mie Prefecture, western Japan, on Aug. 5, 2015. Takeuchi died at 23 as an Imperial Japanese Army soldier toward the end of World War II. (Kyodo)
