Taiwan's National Palace Museum to open southern branch

The Asian Art and Culture Museum, under construction in Chiayi, southwestern Taiwan, is unveiled to the press on Sept. 17, 2015. The museum, a branch of Taiwan's renowned National Palace Museum situated in Taipei, will open on a trial basis on Dec. 28. (Kyodo) ==Kyodo
