Japan, Zimbabwe vow to cooperate in U.N. reform, Africa development
Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe (L) and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe hold talks in Tokyo on March 28, 2016. The two vowed to increase cooperation in pursing reform of the U.N. Security Council into what Mugabe termed a "more inclusive and fully democratic" organization. (Kyodo)
