"Comfort women" fund launched in S. Korea

A civil activist is taken away on July 28, 2016, by police from a press conference room of the Reconciliation and Healing Foundation in Seoul, as members of civil groups burst into there in protest against its launch. The members claimed the fund, which was set up jointly by South Korea and Japan following an agreement in December to provide support for surviving former "comfort women," was launched without hearing the voices of the victims.
