Cabinet approves contentious anti-conspiracy bill
At a press conference in Tokyo on March 21, 2017, Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga stresses the need for enacting a controversial bill that would punish preparations to carry out serious crimes, ostensibly in an effort to combat terrorism.
