Otter pictured in Japan, 1st sighting in 38 yrs
University of the Ryukyus Professor Masako Izawa attends a press conference at the Environment Ministry in Tokyo on Aug. 17, 2017, announcing that an otter was spotted in February on Tsushima Island, southwestern Japan.
