Online peace message by Japanese college group

A member of a Nagasaki-based university student group seeking to abolish nuclear weapons holds an online news conference on May 25, 2020, after talking about the tragedy of the 1945 U.S. atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki via a video conference system the previous day. The seven-member group sent an online message as it was not able to take part in the 10th review conference of the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, which was originally scheduled to be held in New York from April 27 to May 22 but was postponed, possibly until early 2021, due to the coronavirus outbreak.
