              Arashiyama (Mt. Arashi) has a height of about 380 meters. It is located on the east edge of the Tanba Highlands and has Torigamine and Yamagamine to the northwest and Mt. Matsuo to the southeast. Hozu River runs from the north to the east at the northern foot of the mountain.
