The entrance to the main hall of Toshogu Shrine is seen from the direction of the approach. A total of 195 large stone lanterns donated by feudal lords stand along it.     SHINGU, Japan - Japan's largest ''torii,'' a gateway at the entrance to a Shinto shrine, is completed in a ceremony at Kumano-Hongu Shrine in Hongu, Wakayama Prefecture, western Japan, on May 11. Some 500 people passed through the 34-meter-high, 42-meter-wide gate after the ceremony.
