Residents of quake-hit town hold tour
TOMIOKA, Japan - Tour participants visiting on July 21, 2014, Tomioka, a Fukushima prefectural town in northeastern Japan that was stricken by a devastating earthquake and tsunami in 2011, look at a police car that was driven by a police officer who was swept away by the tsunami and died while getting residents to evacuate.
