DPJ lawmaker, 2 others released on bail day after indictment
TOKYO, Japan - Takanori Okubo, incumbent state-paid secretary for Democratic Party of Japan Secretary General Ichiro Ozawa, leaves the Tokyo Detention House in Tokyo's Katsushika Ward on Feb. 5, 2010, after being released on bail of 7 million yen. Okubo was indicted the previous day for alleged false reporting of Ozawa's political funds. (Kyodo)
