OKUMA, Japan - The Japanese government's nuclear accident task force shows the press its emergency office in Okuma, Fukushima Prefecture, on March 2, 2012. The office had been abandoned on March 15, 2011, following the accident at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant.
