Survivors commemorate victims of Niigata earthquake

OJIYA, Japan - Bereaved family members are moved to tears during a memorial ceremony held in the central Niigata city of Ojiya on Oct. 23 for the victims of the devastating quake that struck the prefecture a year ago and left 51 people killed and 4,800 others injured. (Kyodo)
