Court urges gov't to settle suits with hepatitis C patients

OSAKA, Japan - Plaintiffs seeking damages over hepatitis-C diseases enter the Osaka High Court to attend a court session on Nov. 7. The court called on the government and drug makers for a negotiated settlement of damages lawsuits filed by people who were infected with hepatitis-C through tainted blood products. (Kyodo)
