Taiwan man applies for A-bomb survivor's certificate

CHIAYI, Taiwan - Wang Wen-chi, 90, speaks to Kyodo News at his home in Chiayi, southwestern Taiwan, on Feb. 10 about surviving the atomic bombing of Nagasaki, Japan, in 1945 in World War II.
