Ex-head of condo developer receives suspended prison term
TOKYO, Japan - Susumu Ojima (file photo), 54, president of now-bankrupt Huser Ltd., was convicted by Tokyo District Court on March 25 and sentenced to three years in prison, suspended for five years, for defrauding home-buyers of about 400 million yen by selling condominium units with fabricated earthquake resistance data.
