Accord on legal text may not be possible at Mexico: EU negotiator
TOKYO, Japan - Jurgen Lefevere, policy coordinator of the European Commission's newly created Directorate-General for Climate Action, speaks during a press briefing at the Delegation of the European Union to Japan in Tokyo's Chiyoda Ward.
