Man locks himself in building in Tokyo suburb, fires outside

MACHIDA, Japan - A photo taken from a Kyodo News helicopter on April 20 shows the apartment on the Tokyo suburb of Machida where a man locked himself and fired nine shots toward the outside. The man is believed to have shot another man in Sagamihara, Kanagawa Prefecture, just before he came to Machida, police said. (Kyodo)
