Lee apologizes for public outcry over U.S. beef imports
SEOUL, South Korea - South Korean President Lee Myung Bak holds a press conference at the presidential Blue House in Seoul on June 19 to apologize to the nation for a public outcry triggered by the government's decision to resume imports of U.S. beef.
