3 arrested over dental college's huge investment losses
YOKOHAMA, Japan - Kenshi Oshima (center), former investment adviser to Kanagawa Dental College, leaves his home in Yokohama on Sept. 10 for questioning on a voluntary basis by prosecutors on suspicion of fraud over the college's huge investment losses. Oshima was arrested on suspicion of fraud later in the day along with former directors Kimio Miyake and Toshiro Shimizu. (Kyodo)
