This annual family festival of four-legged heroes is dedicated to the feat and service of dogs during the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945). This year, the event brought together around 2,000 people. The Frontline Dog Day was established in honor of a heroic deed of an army shepherd called Dina. During the war, she dropped off explosives in front of the upcoming Germans but survived herself. Dogs like Dina were used not just to search for explosives and weapons, but also to detain crimin
