STORYLINE:
Authorities in Malawi have been taking measures to end long queues at fuel stations following the fuel shortage that hits the southern African country.
During the past few weeks, motorists have been seen lining up at petrol pumps in central and south Malawi, but only a few vehicles are able to fill up.
Compared to petrol, diesel is more in short supply and the shortage is expected to continue as the product is in high demand.
