Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez on Thursday announced a new package of measures aimed at reducing the impact of the energy crisis this winter.
Speaking in the Spanish Congress, Sanchez said his government would spend around 3,000 million euros on measures to help around 40 percent of Spanish households.
