The xenotransplantation operation was conducted by researchers and clinicians at the Xijing Hospital affiliated to Air Force Medical University in Xi'an, China's Shaanxi Province on Oct. 16. The team transplanted the pig's liver, heart, kidney and its cornea, skin and bone tissue to four monkeys. The transplanted organs and tissue are now in good condition.
