SYDNEY, Australia - Penny Heyns of South Africa is congratulated after posting a world record time of 1 minute, 6.52 seconds in the preliminary heats of the women's 100-meter breaststroke at the Pan Pacific Swimming Championships at Sydney International Aquatic Center on Aug. 23.
