Nishimura resigns over nuclear remarks

TOKYO, Japan - Shingo Nishimura, winds up his press conference at the Defense Agency on Oct. 20 which he gave following his resignation as parliamentary vice defense minister after coming under heavy criticism for suggesting Japan should arm itself with nuclear weapons.
