Accession to WTO expected to change China

BEIJING, China - Chinese Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Minister Shi Guangsheng speaks at a press conference at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on March 13. He said China's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO) is ''not far off'' and membership of the trade body is expected to change the country into a rule-based society.
