Prime Minister Koizumi test drives fuel-cell car prototype

TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi takes a ride in Nissan Motor Co.'s prototype fuel-cell car in the garden in front of the Diet building in Tokyo on Dec. 13. Koizumi, his cabinet ministers and the heads of the ruling and opposition parties test-drove several fuel-cell car prototypes developed by major Japanese automakers.
