Toyota's Cho to receive U.S. Automotive Hall of Fame award

NEW YORK, United States - Fujio Cho (file photo), president of Toyota Motor Corp., has been named the U.S. Automotive Hall of Fame's Industry Leader of the Year for 2001, officials of the Michigan-based organization said Dec. 17. The honor is bestowed on the individual who best exemplifies the image, foresight, leadership, integrity and purpose contributing most to the success of the motor vehicle industry.
