Taiheiyo Cement picks Sameshima as new president

TOKYO, Japan - Taiheiyo Cement Corp., Japan's largest cement maker, said Feb. 26 that its managing director Fumio Sameshima (file photo) will become president on April 1, replacing Michio Kimura who will become chairman.
