NAGANO, Japan - Nagano Governor Yasuo Tanaka is surrounded by media members as he leaves his home in Nagano on July 5. The Nagano prefectural assembly is expected to pass a no-confidence motion against him later in the day over his cancellation of two dam projects in the prefecture.
