BEIJING, China - Former Japanese Prime Minister Ryutaro Hashimoto (L) and Chinese Vice President Hu Jintao toast to each other at a reception held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Sept. 28 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations.
