SHANGHAI, China - Representatives from Nippon Steel Corp. and Shanghai Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., China's largest steelmaker, sign an agreement at a Shanghai hotel on July 22 to set up a joint venture to manufacture steel sheets for automobiles.
