Japan, China join hands to protect crested ibises
TOKYO, Japan - Japanese Environment Minister Yuriko Koike (R) and China's Zhou Shengxian, director of the state bureau in forestry, shake hands after signing an agreement on long-term joint efforts to protect crested ibises at the Environment Ministry in Tokyo on Oct. 27.
