Former TSE chief Takeuchi dies of heart failure
TOKYO, Japan - Michio Takeuchi (in an undated file photo), a former president of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE), died of heart failure at a Tokyo hospital on Feb. 27, his family said. He was 82. Takeuchi joined the Ministry of Finance in 1944 after graduating from the University of Tokyo and assumed the top administrative post of vice minister in 1975.
