DPJ leader Kan found to have failed to pay pension premiums

TOKYO, Japan - Naoto Kan, leader of the main opposition Democratic Party of Japan which has been demanding disclosure of cabinet ministers' pension payment records, speaks with reporters in the Diet building on April 28 after he was found to failed to make his own contributions to a state pension plan for about 10 months.
