(4)4 dead, 7 injured in nuke plant steam leak accident

OSAKA, Japan - Kansai Electric Power Co. President Yosaku Fuji bows in apology at the outset of a press conference at the company's head office in Osaka's Kita Ward on Aug. 9. Earlier in the day, four works died and seven others were injured after high-temperature steam leaked from one of the reactors at the company's Mihama Nuclear Plant in Fukui Prefecture.
