YOKOHAMA, Japan - Takashi Usami, former chairman of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck & Bus Corp., arrives at the Yokohama District Court on Oct. 6 to appear in the first hearing of his trial. Usami pleaded not guilty to allegations of concealing a defective clutch system in a truck and thereby failing to prevent a fatal accident in Yamaguchi Prefecture in 2002.
