TOYAMA, Japan - Crew members from the Kaiwo Maru, a sailing ship belonging to the National Institute for Sea Training, are rescued from their vessel on Oct. 21 after it crashed against a breakwater at Toyama Port due to high waves caused by Typhoon Tokage.
