Nakasone reiterates support for amending Constitution
WASHINGTON, United States - Former Japanese Prime Minister Yasuhiro Nakasone addresses scholars, experts and reporters at the John Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies in Washington on Nov. 19. He reiterated his support for amending Japan's Constitution, saying Japan is on the path to becoming a ''normal'' country as the Liberal Democratic Party has started drafting an outline for an amended Constitution.
