Citizens encircle Hiroshima Dome with ribbons for peace

HIROSHIMA, Japan - Children and civic group members encircle the Atomic Bomb Dome at the Peace Memorial Park in Hiroshima with ribbons in an event to publicize the horror of wars and the atomic bombings.
