KUMAMOTO, Japan - People in Kumamoto and Kagoshima prefectures yet to be officially recognized as Minamata mercury-poisoning sufferers hold a rally in front of the Kumamoto District Court on Oct. 3. Gov't appeals court decision over Isahaya
