Stem cell scientist Hwang's 2004 Science paper faked, panel says

SEOUL, South Korea - Surrounded by a bid assembly of media members, Chung Myung Hee, chief of the Seoul National University's investigation committee, speaks at a press conference in Seoul on Jan. 10.
