Japan beats Cuba to win World Baseball Classic
SAN DIEGO, United States - Team Japan hurler Daisuke Matsuzaka (R) bursts into laughter as his manager Sadaharu Oh speaks at a press conference after the team became the inaugural World Baseball Classic champion with a 10-6 victory over Cuba at PETCO Park in San Diego, California, on March 20. Matsuzaka who notched three wins in the championship was named MVP.
