Japan emigrants in Dominican Republic angry about court ruling
SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic - Kurato Kimura, who leads a group of 170 plaintiffs in a damages suit against the state, drops his shoulders at his home in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, on June 6 when told of a Tokyo District Court ruling that turned down their case. ''How come the government could win despite deceiving us? Where is the right legislation?'' he asked.
